This is a very quick and easy tutorial. I hope you enjoy! :0)

New Image: 500 X 500
Flood fill with White
Open one of the papers and paste as a new layer.
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk: WSL Mask 224
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Resize 85%
Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.
Make Mask layer active layer.

Open letter of choice, resize to about 15%
copy and paste as new layer.
Add wordart or text of choice
Give slight dropshadow
Add other elements to suit taste :0)
I put a hat box under her foot
and added a heart and some bows
Resize your tag and add your copyright info
and tagger info.
Put your name on it and export as a jpg.
I used Vaguely Repulsive font for my name
and used #7d070f for my color
and added a very slight drop shadow
