Supplies:
Jasc Paint Shop Pro. I used PSP 9
but this should work equally well in other versions.
FTU ScrapKit- Valentine Angel by SeaShell Designs
can be found Here
Tube of choice- I am using art by Elias Chatzoudis
*at the time this tut was written this artist was with MPT,
which is now closed. Please obtain license form whatever company
this artist is now with. Thank you.
Mask- Starburst Mask -provided.
Font of Choice - I used Vaguely Repulsive, a free font. -provided
Outside Filters - EyeCandy 4000 Glass and Gradient Glow
Supplies HERE
Download and place supplies in appropriate folders

New Image: 600 X 600
Open Paper 5 and copy and paste as new layer.
Layers - New Raster Layer
Flood fill with White
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.
Resize 105% or whatever looks good for your tube :0)
Set your background to white and your foreground to
a medium color from your tube.
I am using #cc5064
Activate your shapes tool set to Ellipse
and use these settings:

Draw a circle in the middle of your tube
When you are happy with the size and placement,
convert it to a raster layer.
Using your magic wand, select inside the circle
Selections - Modify - Expand by 1.
Paste your tube as a new layer again.
Position it as I have mine.
Selections - Invert
Hit your Delete Key
Deselect.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down
Effects - Plugins - EyeCandy 4000 - Glass
with the following settings:

*Just click on the Settings and chose 'Snow'

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:

Do drop shadow again but change Horizontal to -3
Using your shapes tool set to rectangle:

and the same colors as before
Draw a rectangle below your circle and stretch
it out for the majority of the width of your tag.
Convert the rectangle to a raster layer
Change your rectangle to a square on your settings bar at the top
and your line width to 2, but leave all else the same
Make a square inside the rectangle
Convert to raster Layer;
Layers - Merge - Merge Down
Click inside the square with your magic wand
Open paper 2 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Selections - Invert; then hit your Delete Key
Deselect
Layers - Duplicate and move square over to middle
Duplicate layer again and move over to the right
When you are happy with placement of squares,
Make sure top copy is the active layer and
Layers - Merge - Merge Down 2 times.
Using your magic wand, select inside the first square.
Paste your tube as a new layer and move the part
of the tube you want in square inside the marching ants.
Selections - Invert. Delete. Deselect
Make your squares the active layer again.
Repeat process with other two squares
Make top layer active.
Layers - Merge- Merge Down 3 times.
Drop shadow . use last settings
Do the same drop shadow on the rectangle layer.
With rectangle as active layer,
Use magic wand to select inside.
Open Element 22 and paste as new layer
Selections - Invert. Delete. Deselect.
Make squares active layer
Open element 2. Resize to 15% and paste as new layer
Position between first 2 squares
Duplicate layer and position between second and third squares
Layers - Merge - Merge Down
Apply drop shadow.
Set your background to color of choice.
I am using #cc5064.
Activate your text tool,Font - Vaguely Repulsive,
Create as Vector.
I am using size 28.
Place desired text on tag and stretch to fit
Convert to Raster Layer. Effects - Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow:

To change color, click the color tab
I am using #f9cdda
Repeat. Then add drop shadow.
Resize, add your copyright and tagger info.
Export as a jpeg.
